Filing a complaint

If you notice any damage to the parcel or any discrepancies in the quantity or quality of the product, please report this as soon as possible to the Seller from whom you purchased the product. Alternatively, you may notify us directly by filling out the Complaint Form.

Please send a scan of the form together with photographic documentation by email to: reklamacje@fusion.pl.

Include the completed form inside the parcel when returning the claimed goods.

Note: Please retain proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the original packaging – these are required when submitting a complaint.
